... how about putting the proposed details somewhere - say on the web
page - where all of us can peruse it?

Because of my travels, I wasn't able to attend many meetings after
Capclave, so I have yet to fully uderstand how this came about, why WSFA
should do something, and the like.

So far it's just this nameless award.
