OTOH there is a building site on Route 202 near Cheverley that has a big
sign up advertising condos to be built there.  The sign hasn't been there
all that long, maybe six months.  Admittedly, it would be a good location
for people who want to commute somewhere, as it is very close to a
B-W Parkway entrance.
