"The Hunt Valley Marriott has filled the Balticon room block and is
declining to add any additional rooms to the block. They may have a few
rooms reserved for a higher price or under other contracts at a higher
price, but the Balticon block is full. Additional information on other
hotels nearby is available at www.balticon.org"

I just signed onto the Marriott site and checked.  No rooms available
at Hunt Valley, nor at the Marriott Courtyard.  Nada, zippo, no room at
the inn.  There are other hotels in the area.
