That got voted on and everything, so it has to be official. Not sure why it wasn't on the calendar, but it may have been because nobody told the webmaster...I don't remember if either was at the meeting where 5th Friday was voted on to take place at John and Kathy's party (a lot of people weren't at that meeting). Why Capclave isn't is a trickier question to come up with an answer for...I'm pretty sure they know about that. Maybe there's a stealth policy?
