It sounds like you're in charge of registration.  If you have badge
names already, wasn't there some kind of form to fill in?  Usually
those have spaces for the contact information, especially when people
pay by check or credit card.  Do you have access to last year's
attendance list?  I'm sure I got stuff in the mail from Capclave;
there has to be an address list somewhere.  It would be a stupid
amount of work that shouldn't have been needed, but you might be
able to get some information online.  Then at registration people
could be asked to correct the information.
