I suspect like most WSFANs I have no idea what exactly the Secretary
has, archive-wise.

I think such an acquisition by the club would be a Good Thing.  And
since there are some WSFAns in the Rockville area, they could pick it
up, thereby saving $$ on shipping.

I can't imagine any club member being upset about the expense ....
really $800, considering the current state of the treasury, and the fact
that Capclave 2007 turned in nearly a $3k surplus.

I would have no problem with the officers making an "Executive
Decision" for such a purchase.
