By interesting, having survived 50 years, and still considered worth reading. I wonder how many of the Hugo/Nebula nominees from the last decade or so will stand up decades hence. At this point I think one can safefly say that most of the Hugo/Nebula fiction nominees from 40 years ago are still worth reading. Admitedly I'm probably looking back at 4 decades with memories encrusted with "Gosh Wow" fondness. re the BSFA list: Blish's "Triumph of Time" is in the "Cities in Flight" omnibus. And the Budrys novel is OP, but also worth tracking down. mjw
