Certainly one advantage of taking your online biz elsewhere - say B&N - is =
that you won't have to keep track of your Use Tax.

Anyway, I would suggest taking a wait & see attitude.  There may be such a =
large out cry that Amazon may back down.  Back in 1999  B&N made an offer =
to purchase Ingram.  That offer crashed & burned.
