Are you sure?  Amazon lists a very similar book:

He & Bob Madle were GoHs at the 1977 Worldcon.  I recall hearing that =
there wasa a concern that they were getting up in years and who knew how =
much longer they'd be around.

Bob is still selling stuff ... bought the last three issues of Quanta, =
WSFA's first clubzine, from him a few weeks ago.
