It's not bad.  And their article attempting to explain "Southland
Tales" does a pretty good job of explaining the unexplainable.

"Southland Tales" is a strange 2007 SF movie inspired by the Book of
Revelation and Marxism done by Richard Kelly, the creator of "Donnie
Darko," a twisted tale of time travel and a six-foot tall invisible
rabbit.
