Well, if you can avoid getting infected with stuff, and get people to reconfigure it for standard mail formats, it's not terrible. The calendar capabilities are good for scheduling meetings...but can be abused at times. The main problem most places see is with Exchange (the server end of MS mail). Exchange tends to be flaky like a biscuit...goes down or hangs at random, fails to send mail for hours at a time, and often has very low limits on how much mail you can save (though for the most part that's a site-specific setting, it does have a hard limit of about 2 gigs per account). This is mostly a problem for people using IMAP or the webmail options, and doesn't affect POP users. If it really gets bad, just get a copy of Thunderbird... ;-) -- Mike B.
