There are two links from the philcon hotel page.

The link for hotel reservations on their page requires priority club
membership.

The other way is to click on the hotel name, enter in the dates and somehow
guess that the secret code to get the philcon rate is phi since this doesn't
appear anywhere on the site.

I agree, very sloppy.
