Last year I parked in the hotel parking garage.  I checked with the
front desk to make sure it was ok, and they decided not to charge, since
they were still under construction and I was with Capclave, etc.  Didn't
have any problems.

I'm not expecting it to be free this year though, but it was certainly
convenient.  Access was from the back, by the Metro lot.
