Thanks.  How did you happen to find it?  I watch what the Commonwealth
is doing pretty closely, but not that closely.

For those unclear on who Will F. Jenkins was, he's better known as
Murray Leinster.  He was the guest of honor at the 1970 Disclave.
He's probably best known for "Sidewise in Time," one of the first
parallel-worlds stories, "A Logic Named Joe," which predicted the
Internet, and "First Contact," which gave its name to a whole genre
-- first contact stories.
