Media mail still exists, though the price went up a bit May 11. Up to one pound is $2.38, two pounds $2.77, three pounds $3.16, and four pounds $3.55. (Not sure above that.) Note: magazines are not eligible for media mail rates. You will have to fill in a customs form for shipping packages to an APO address.
