If I had bought the book, back in the late 1960s/early 1970s,
I could equal if not beat that.  But I didn't, so all I can do is
tell you about it.

It was a mass-market paperback, with a picture of a nude woman
raising her hands in supplication and with the on-cover blurb in
large letters:   "'Take me! Please take me!' she begged."

It was _A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court_
by Mark Twain.  Technically, a scene something like that
does appear: a happy, nude peasant girl asks for a ride to town.
