Is Kurt Sakaeda a WSFA member?  He recently attempted to post to this
list.  As was the consensus at the founding of this list, I allow all
past and present WSFA members to post here, but nobody else.

Ordinarily, I would look for his name in the online WSFA Journals.
But they're currently four months behind.  As of four months ago,
there had been no mention of him.
