Fellow WSFAns,

As your president until the next term elections in May, I would like
to ask everyone's help in conducting meetings as expeditiously as
possible.  At Friday's meeting, I will ask that discussion of each
topic under Old and New Business be limited to 5 minutes
discussion.  If, after 5 minutes have elapsed, there is no consensus,
I will ask the most concerned parties to form an ad hoc committee to
discuss the issue and report back to the club at a future meeting. I
ask that reports of officers and committees similarly aspire to the
principle of brevity.

I would also ask all members of the Executive Committee present on
Friday to convene for a short time after the general meeting adjourns.
