That's like blaming Colt for bank robberies.

That someone drew a complex diagram with Visio isn't the same as saying
that Visio is hard to understand.  A pencil is pretty simple, but I've
seen some pretty complicated things drawn with them...but the pencil is
still easy to understand.

That said, I'll vote for Visio too.  I use it all the time...last night
in fact...but once you get past the obvious "drag a shape out and drop
it on the page" stuff, it gets a lot less obvious and not at all easy to
understand without study.  Wave looks a lot simpler to use.
