Purporting to be from Sally Hand?  Do you know her?  She left WSFA
long before you joined.  Of course you may have met her in some other
fannish context, perhaps at a con.

Maybe it's just a coincidence, and the messages have nothing to do
with WSFA's Sally Hand.  There is a strong selection bias in what I
see.  I saw those messages only because I had that name whitelisted.
Otherwise they would have gone straight to my spam bin, aka /dev/null,
along with tens of thousands of other junk messages every day.
