Back in Ye Olde Days when I was buying Ace Doubles by mail from a NJ =
dealer, he listed them by stock code: D-33. D-45, F-124, etc etc. The =
letter code referred to the price of the book: D = 35 cents, F = 40 =
cents. Which is why I shelved them by letter code.

I recall in late 60s when Ace brought out Dune in pb (N-3 it was ...). My =
god ... they were insane ... 95 cents for a paperback? Even one as big as =
Dune? An obvious sign of the collapse of Western Civilization.
