1. GroupWise defaults to plain text.  It does have the option of HTML =
which is useful to me.

2. It's not "my" email program, it's from my employer, so I'm not really =
at liberty to muck around with the inner workings.

3. As for GroupWise, in the near future JHU Press will be replacing it =
with Outlook.
