LDV is more of a historical curiosity.

For those of us who read DV & ADV when they were published, those books =
were fairly revolutionary.  Now ... not so much.

As for LDV, too many of the authors have died or are of minor interest.  =

stories that were to appear but for various reasons have been published =
elsewhere.

Anyway, with stories like Kij Johnson's "Spar" being published, is there =
really a need for LDV?
