PDFs aren't easily searchable.  Since Keith set up the text versions, I
think that changing the "graphics coming soon" thing to "graphics
available in the PDF version", and then scanning to PDFs too, would be
best.  That way the old ones are searchable with the text version, and
folks can see the actual issue as it looked with the PDF.
