It was in today's Washington Post.  And it was posted to the
rec.arts.sf.fandom newsgroup yesterday morning by Kip Williams.

For those unclear on the connection to fandom, she was Ben Yalow's
mother.

Ben is one of two sons of Nobel prize winners who is active in the
rec.arts.sf.fandom newsgroup.

Also posted in that newsgroup this week is the death of Joel
Rosenberg.  Not a good week for fandom.
