My ex, who worked as an engineer at KSC on both Shuttle and Station for
17 years, used to tell me that after something blew up, they kept a
piece of duct tape somewhere highly visible, with a sign by it that read
"DO NOT LAUNCH IF SKY IS THIS COLOR!!!"
