I never knew him particularly closely; he was in his early twenties at
the time, an enlisted man in the army, doing programming at the
Pentagon.  I seem to recall receding red hair, but that's pushing my
untrustworthy memory a long way.  The person seeking him claims to be a
professional genealogist working on behalf of a bank; there's apparently
a trust involved.

There's a phone number listed in the online WSFA journals, which
actually comes up with an address on a reverse search, but the phone
number itself appears to be dead.
