They make and use tools, have language variations, and play... but so far I haven't seen hard evidence that they use fire.  I have heard a rumor that they were using old cigarette butts to smoke out mites from their feathers, but I doubt that they are using discarded matches to relight the butts... that part of the rumor I won't believe until I see a video.

When they start manufacturing matches, or using flint and steel, THEN we're in trouble.
