May 10th is a Thursday.

Just recap his awards .... his first novel - "Windup Girl" - won the
Nebula, the Hugo, the Campbell Memorial Award, and the Compton Crook
Award.

The book he's touring for is a sequel to "Ship Breaker" which was a
National Book Award nominee.
