A few years ago, when I was a subcontractor for AT&T, the CIO's official
website *said* to send attachments of jpgs, spreadsheets, etc, as zipped
files.

The department under him seemed to have missed this, and deleted all
attached zip files, so you had to rename them zit, or whatever, before
they'd go through.
