Blast from the past: I needed to get onto my boss's computer - he fully agreed when he was back in touch - but almost all of the standard security questions would have put me in a rough situation. On the other hand if the only option was the current standard security questions someone who knew me well might eventually break into one of my accounts. On the third hand I've stopped using 'first pet' as a security question because there's my first pet as a child and my first pet when on my own and I'd get mixed up. (I could get into my boss's computer because I knew him quite well and had a resource. "Yellowbritches" was my second try and got me in. Result was my getting the work done in the needed time and Jeff being really, really grumpy that I'd so easily out thought him.) Elspeth
