I'd want to know if what was posted is actually true before I wrote them
off entirely.  If it is true, then I'd cancel all business with them
just based on the criminally bad customer service that was displayed.
Avoiding them is the only way to make sure it never happens to me...if
it's true.

I did write them off as far as e-books go based on the 1984 "in the dark
of night recall" incident a couple of years ago.

was just wrong, and there's nothing stopping them from doing it again.
With a real book, they'd have to break into my house...and that would be
very dangerous for them to do.
