Cory Doctorow will be in DC on Feb 25:

And while Brandon Sanderson will be signing at Arundel Mills on Feb
18th at Books-A-Million (see:

and not surprisingly there's poster at the store entrance.  However
noted on the poster: tickets for the signing will be given out at 2pm
the day before.  Great expectations of a line I would imagine.
