Re: the Supreme Court decision.  Whew.  I've noticed a horrifying tendency by corporations to try to grab everything (among other things, see recent posts on John Scalzi's blog "whatever"), but that last attempt not only takes the cake, it tries to attach the bakery and the kitchen table.  Thank goodness the Supreme Court got this one right.
