Speaking of filk songs, there is a filk convention this weekend at the Capclave hotel.  Visit www.conterpoint.org for details. I've made up a Capclave flyer specifically for this convention.  It starts "Don't Leave This Hotel! Capclave is just 15 weeks away!  (The line for the GRRM signing will form any day now)."

It also points out that GRRM has written many songs of ice and fire. .
