Huh. Back in the day (was this the seventies?), at least the early
seventies, the few long-distance calls I made, *very* carefully, was charged
to Tricky Dick's phone calling card.... (And yes, the formula for generating
it from a phone number was around in the underground within three months
after the annual change....)

Sushi? There wasn't any such thing - I think that was invented in the
nineties (or at least the first time I remember hearing of it).
