WARNING TO D.C. AREA:
Oct 11-13, 2013 - a deliberate plan by truckers to block traffic on I-495 I=
nner Loop around D.C.

That is Capclave weekend.  Anyone going to Capclave is going to have to shu=
npike or be stuck in traffic for hours and hours, possibly days.

The Huffington Post reports:

 disruption of traffic.
