Probably the semi.  Especially if it's loaded with something flammable
or explosive...like say, gasoline.  I see those all the time around
here, sometimes doing nutty things like tailgating at 60 mph.

Basically, the dangerous part is the human.  Humans have been proven
dangerous when equipped with almost anything from rocks to nuclear
weapons.  Older reports even suggest that with nothing more than the
jawbone of an ass, a single human can kill many others (and no, I'm not
referring to members of Congress, though it probably applies there too).
  If you want to be perfectly safe, you'll have to move to another
planet...and hope that the rest of humanity remains apathetic to
developing the means to follow you.
