Does anyone know anything about Marilee Layman's estate?

Apparently after her death a year ago, her bills continued to be paid
automatically.  But either her money ran out or the process broke down
somehow, as her condo is now in foreclosure.  Fortunately, the Realtor
who inspected the place has a heart, so instead of discarding all her
stuff, he searched it for contact information.  So now I'm in the loop.

Does anyone know if she had a will, who her relatives are, and whether
she has an executor?

Also, if there is an opportunity to save her stuff, I'm willing to
help load a truck and to sort through her stuff, but I would need
transportation to and from her condo in Manassas.  Thanks.

I brought this up at last night's PRSFS meeting, but apparently she
had had no contact with that organization or any of its members
except me.
