Does this provide enough fiber? The human gut
requires bulk to work properly and I thought, I could be
wrong, that people need to eat 2 cups of food a day to
keep their stomach satisfied -- this 2 cups could be
vegetables and bran muffins or other low calorie filler,
but people can't do the 50's Science fiction idea of a
pill a day.
