This would be a great job for someone... Date: Wed, 3 Sep 2014 10:47:23 -0400 Subject: [WSFA] May be of interest to Baltimore Science Fiction Society members? From: shawnwildside@gmail.com To: webmeister@bsfs.org Hello I'm Shawn Garrett, associate editor at Wildside Press in Rockville, MD. My message is not spam or promotional in content. I thought BSFS might help me in getting the word out to science fiction/fantasy fans in the Rockville, MD area (or nearby commute) that we are in need of paid interns - if they live in, or within commuting distance of Rockville Maryland and would like a position reading digital final copy of genre sf/fantasy stories & novels, we could use them. I figured it would better to have people who *enjoy* reading sf/space opera and sword and sorcery than uninterested students. The pay is only $8/hr but we have flexible scheduling (full or part time, anytime between 7am and 5pm M-F but no remote work, sorry). If you could get this information out to your members, or post it on the Facebook page, I would greatly appreciate it. Basically, we're offering to pay people to read genre fiction and all we require is a love of the genre and knowledge of basic English. Anyone interested can contact me at shawnwildside@gmail.com (maybe best to post as shawnwildside [at] gmail.com?). Thanks for your time! Shawn Garrett Associate Editor, Wildside Press
