Here's the details from John:

We hoped and planned on a large funeral for Peggy Rae Sapienza in the
Summer or Fall, at Arlington National Cemetery where her first husband,
Bob Pavlat, was buried. That proved impossible because the cemetery
changed the rules and excluded remarried spouses of veterans. We are
therefore going to have a small funeral for people who live in this area
this week. For friends and family in the immediate area, here are the plans:
Friday March 27th, 6:00-9:00pm, visitation at Advent Funeral & Cremation
Services, 9013 Annapolis Road, Lanham-Seabrook MD 20706. Take Route 495
exit 20 east, get in the right lane, turn right towards the Days Inn;
Advent Funeral is next door, with parking in the rear.
Saturday March 28th, 10:00am, funeral service at Advent Funeral,
followed by procession to the cemetery.
Saturday March 28th, 12:00 noon, interment at Fort Lincoln Cemetery,
3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD 20722. If you skip the funeral but
want to attend the interment, ask at the cemetery office for the
location of the Sapienza funeral.
We are asking people who live far away to wait for a later memorial; not
only is it unreasonable to ask people to make plans two days ahead of
the event, we are too raw right now to be able to handle the huge number
of people she has blessed during her life coming to share their grief
with our own. Bless you all.
