As many of your know,  Julann  Brandes Owings was a past Balticon Program
whiz.
She has been involved with BSFS, WSFA,  WSFS, the running of Hexacon  and
many others.
After  her beloved husband Mark Owings died, Jul suffered  several  TIAs
and can no longer live independently.

She was moved into an Assisted Living facility yesterday ( the first
person in the newly renovated facility):
4003 Belvieu  Avenue, Baltimore  MD 21215.

Letters and visits will be welcome.

Due to poor vision, I do not expect that Jul will not have  internet.
A Land line is scheduled to be installed  in approx. a  week
(410-728-0049)
