For the past several decades, the way I've created passwords is to
place seven pennies in a small box, e.g. one that checks came in,
shake it vigorously for a few seconds, take the coins out without
looking at them, place them in a line, then, treating heads as 1-bits
and tails as 0-bits, use the resulting ASCII character as the next
character of my password. If it's not a valid character for a
password (i.e. a control character) I do that character over.
