He meant Saturday morning, as he should have known since he presided
over that meeting.  (Actually, he recused himself for that part.)
I just watched the meeting on YouTube, only about an hour after it
happened.

The con has a rather unimaginative name.  You can learn its name,
guests of hono[u]r, etc., at its website, worldcon.fi.
