Is the DC in '17 bid going to try again for another year?  Or become a
NASFiC bid?  Or just give up?  Or hasn't this been decided yet?  Thanks.

I hope I'll see some of you at the National Book Festival tomorrow.
(Why are they claiming it's the 15th anniversary when the first one
was in 2001?  Can't they count?)
