Well ... in Baltimore we also have some of the most mindless pedestrians. There have been any number of times where a pedestrian is carefully watching the blinking red hand or ped symbol. And once it goes solid .. starts to try to cross the street. And all of this brings to mind in the days when there was a small contingent from B'more going to WSFA. We quite often ended up going the nearby IHOP so as to not hit Baltimore around 2am ... when the bars closed. mjw
