The official list on yahoo, wsfa-forum, appears to be active, with 82
members and averaging about 30 messages per month in the past year.  It
has existed since Oct. 2005.  The highest volume month was Aug. 2010,
with 351 messages, but that was an outlier. The messages, including
archives going back years, can be read by the public, but posting
requires list membership, which requires list owner approval.

Volume on this WSFA list does seem to have declined to near zero, so it
may be time to shut down this list.  The main argument for doing that
would be to avoid someone mistakenly thinking that this list is _the_
WSFA list, or the only WSFA list.  Keith deserves thanks for maintaining
this list for all these years, during many of which this list was quite
active.
