Scott is something of a Capclave regular.  And many of you may have
known his sister-in-law Ellen Vartanoff.  See item 8 here:

There will be a memorial service for Ellen Vartanoff on Saturday,
March 23rd at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church, 3820
Aspen Hill Road, Silver Spring, Maryland 20906. Reception to follow in
