Could you go into a little more detail?  Should people in Virginia
enter their fallout shelters, or is the destruction limited to
Baltimore, like in that Tom Clancy movie in which the bad guys build
an atom bomb into a cigarette vending machine (those things will kill
you), and detonate it at the Super Bowl?  Thanks.
